Nine services under one roof in Naples — built around one coached osteogenic loading session a week, with a recovery suite to match. Here is what each one is, how it works, and what a session is actually like.
Our core service · about 15 minutes, once a week
Osteogenic loading is the foundation of everything we do. It is a brief, precisely controlled way of applying force through your skeleton — far more than daily life or ordinary exercise produces — to engage your body’s own strengthening response.
How it works. Bone is living tissue, and it adapts to the demands placed on it. The loads studied in this area are high: several multiples of your own body weight, well beyond what walking or most exercise delivers to the skeleton. That is what the Spectrum System devices are for. On each one you press into a fixed, immovable resistance and hold briefly. Because nothing moves, there is no impact and no momentum — but your musculoskeletal system experiences a very high load for a few seconds. You control the effort entirely and stop whenever you choose.

What people use it for
What a session is like. About 15 minutes, once a week. Four devices, a few seconds of real effort on each, guided one-on-one by a coach every single session. You stay in your regular clothes — no sweating, no cardio, no soreness afterward, no changing room. Once a week is the entire program: bone needs recovery time between loading sessions, so more often is not better.
Radiation-free · 30-minute appointment · $275 per scan
A radiation-free bone density scan performed here at the center. REMS stands for Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry, and it uses ultrasound rather than X-ray. The scanner is brought into our center once a month by a REMS technician.
How it works. A standard DEXA scan measures density using a low dose of radiation. REMS reaches the same measurement acoustically, reading how ultrasound signals interact with bone tissue. It measures the same two clinical sites DEXA does — the lumbar spine and the femoral neck — and reports T-scores, so your results are directly comparable to any DEXA you have already had. Because there is no radiation, it can be repeated more often than a DEXA, so you can actually watch the trend instead of waiting years for feedback.

What people use it for
What a session is like. A 30-minute appointment, available once a month at our Naples center. Comfortable and non-invasive — you stay clothed, nothing is injected, and there is no radiation exposure. $275 per scan.
Scans are booked directly with the Osteoscan technician who brings the scanner to our center.
Contactless · fully clothed · program mapped at your consultation
A contactless therapy used for swelling, fluid retention, and recovery support. You stay fully clothed and nothing touches you.
How it works. LIMFA directs low-frequency electromagnetic fields into the tissue to support the body’s own lymphatic drainage and recovery processes. Because the field passes through clothing and dressings, it can be used over areas that could not be massaged — including post-surgical sites and bandaged limbs.

What people use it for
What a session is like. You sit or lie down fully clothed. Nothing touches the skin and there is little to no sensation. LIMFA works as a protocol rather than a one-off — both the session length and the number of weeks depend on what you are working on, so your coach will map out a program with you at your consultation.
Full body · about 5 minutes per room · private
Private rooms where your whole body receives specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. The technical term is photobiomodulation. We use Joovv, a Class II medical device.
How it works. Certain wavelengths of red and near-infrared light are absorbed by structures inside your cells, particularly in the mitochondria — the parts of the cell that produce energy. Research suggests this absorption supports cellular energy production, which in turn supports the tissue’s own recovery processes. Of everything in our recovery suite, red light has the deepest published research behind it.

What people use it for
What a session is like. Just 5 minutes per room. The rooms are fully private, and red light works best on bare skin, so most members undress. Warm, quiet, and relaxing.
Targeted · a few minutes on one area
The same red and near-infrared light, delivered by a smaller device aimed at one specific area rather than the whole body.
How it works. Identical principle to the full-body rooms — the difference is concentration. Positioning the panel close to a single area means more light energy reaches that particular tissue.

What people use it for
What a session is like. Short and simple. The panel is positioned near the area and you sit comfortably — nothing touches you, and there is a gentle warmth.
Whole body at 30 Hz · before and after your session
A platform that delivers vertical whole-body vibration. You stand on it, and we use it both before and after osteogenic loading.
How it works. The plate vibrates vertically at 30 Hz — the frequency range most commonly used in whole-body vibration research. At that frequency your body is subtly destabilized and your spinal reflexes fire to keep you steady, so your stabilizing muscles switch on involuntarily, engaging tendons, ligaments, and joints throughout the body rather than one muscle group at a time. Before your Spectrum circuit it helps activate muscle tissue and circulation; afterward it supports the balance work you have just done.

What people use it for
What a session is like. You stand on the platform holding the handles while your coach guides positioning. The sensation is a firm, buzzing vibration — most people find it surprisingly pleasant. Please read the safety notes below before your first session.
About 15 minutes · fully clothed · nothing touches you
A wellness platform that fills the space around it with a combination of light, pulsed electromagnetic fields, frequencies, and harmonics. You sit near it — nothing touches you.
How it works. The BioCharger runs preset programs combining those four types of transmitted energy. There is a visible glow from the glass tubes and a faint sound while the program runs.

What people use it for
What a session is like. Sit near the platform for around 15 minutes, fully clothed, while the program runs. Please read the safety notes below — there are specific precautions for pacemakers, insulin pumps, photosensitivity, and pregnancy.
About 10 minutes · lying down, fully clothed
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy — an applicator that delivers gentle pulsed magnetic fields through the body.
How it works. Magnetic pulses pass painlessly through tissue. PEMF has been studied for decades, and certain PEMF devices are FDA-cleared for specific medical uses. What we offer at OsteoStrong is for general wellness, relaxation, and recovery support — it is not a treatment for any diagnosed condition.

What people use it for
What a session is like. About 10 minutes, lying down fully clothed. Most people feel nothing at all, or a very faint pulsing.
10 to 15 minutes · sit back and relax
Sleeves that fit over your legs and inflate in a controlled sequence — the same professional-grade compression technology used widely by athletes.
How it works. The boots first mold to the shape of your legs, then begin dynamic compression: a pulsing pattern that feels rather like the kneading of a massage and works its way up the limb. Two design details matter — gradient technology keeps fluid moving in one direction rather than being pushed back down, and distal release ends the holding pressure in each zone as soon as possible, since sustained static pressure is not good for circulation.

What people use it for
What a session is like. Sit back in a chair with the boots on and relax for 10 to 15 minutes. The rhythmic squeezing is a common favorite among members.
We would rather you know this up front. Tell your coach about any medical device, implant, medication, or pregnancy before your first session, and check with your physician if any of the following apply to you.
Pacemakers or insulin pumps: sit at least 6 feet away. Photosensitivity (photoconvulsive response, epilepsy, light-triggered migraine): use without plasma tubes or wear a full blackout eye mask. Not for use during pregnancy, or with metal-based chemotherapy ports or metal plating.
Please consult your physician first if you have or are recovering from: surgery, serious cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, thrombosis, joint implants, pulmonary embolism, retinal conditions, severe diabetes, a pacemaker, an implantable defibrillator, hip or knee replacement, epilepsy, tumors, acute hernia, recently replaced pins or plates, or severe migraine.
Please consult your doctor first if you take photosensitizing medications, or have a history of skin cancer or systemic lupus erythematosus.
Do not use with current or unstable fractures (including stress fractures), recent surgery, sutures or stitches, or open wounds, contusions, or abrasions.
